Hey, are you going to be at SoonerCon in OKC in June?

I haven't made plans to go--waiting to save up for another trip after the one just this past month.

Any reason in particular you ask?

I (Adrian Simmons) was going to be there. I go to a decent amount of conventions, but have met very few of the authors that have been in HFQ face to face. So there was that, and it's always good to meet other Oklahoma writers.

Did you ever come to Conestoga, any of the last three years we had it here? I was on the con-comm. it was quite convenient for me, while OKC is farther...

Buying roses. Hiring a Swedish tutor for the summer. Shutting down all but my 'real name' Facebook page so I don't waste so much time online. Decorating my yard and house. Writing about inconsequential things with a few entries shading into navel gazing. So, the usual.

Oh, I hope the tutor works out well! I do read your posts on that with interest, having a lay interest in language in general. :)
And it's such an individual process...
