All I could think when I heard Steve Irwin died the way he did was: "Dang." Seriously, its kind of weird that he's not alive anymore even though he was a pretty/totally insignificant part of my life, because you always figure a guy like that is pretty much invincible.

Totally. I dunno, for me it really is kinda shocking 'cause I used to watch his show quite a bit when I was younger. And like, sure, he was kinda goofy and stupid most of the time, but he was just another TV character so I totally agree when describe him as "invincible". Ya gotta feel sorry for his family too... I mean, talk about their worst nightmare coming true.

Anyway, indeed! I'm glad you you agree about the Roots as well. It's the shit, yo.
