Barney Stinson - that guy's cute! Well, very, very occasionally. Yes, he's hot. Yes, he's horny. But cute..? Evidence for the prosecution, your worships.
Season One
1. The Limo. After Marshall returns Barney's get psyched CD, Barney gives him the most cute guy-hug ever.
2. Game Night - Barney confronts Shannon and gives her a heartfelt speech. Look at the sincerity!
3. The best prom ever. Barney brings a corsage/flower for Robin and Lily. What a gentleman!
Season 2
1. Aldrin Justice - Barney professes his love for Marshall's constitutional law professor. He turns into a cute ball of mush.
2. Single Stamina - "There's gonna be a BABY?"
3. How Lily stole christmas - "Too weak... to hold... bowl..."
4. Monday Night Football - "You hang up!" - any time we see Barney NOt in a suit, it's inherently cute. Plus, grin.
5. Stuff - he really wants them to stay for his play. Definitely the cutest thing he does that whole episode
6. Batchelor Party - Yes, he IS a hero. And a sweetie.
7. Showdown - Getting emotional over Bob Barker
8. Something Borrowed - Yes, he CRIES when he marries Lily and Marshall. If that isn't cute, I don't know what is?l
9. Something Blue - Bromance! He so desperately wants to be Ted's wingman again! Bless him.
Season Three
1. Wait for it - Barney's adorable physical collapse upon seeing Ted's tramp stamp. Bless Marshall for catching him and getting him back on his feet.
2. Dowestrepla - Barney is devastated to the point of tears by the idea that Marshall and Lily might get divorced. He's such a sensitive flower sometimes. Look at the distress!
3. The Yips - No suit. Depressed. Cute. "Work is good"
4. The Bracket - "Barney's redemption" - again, the sincerity! The Lily-hug!
5. Sandcastles in the sand - by far the cutest thing - his look of fear when you first see him sitting next to Robin.
6. Miracles - Bromance 1 - "I'm sorry Ted" - how could you resist that? Those are tears in his eyes.
7. Miracles - Bromance 2 - Barney is SO cute that they can't help but do guy-hugs
