Ha, when something like that happens to me, I try to turn it into a production to just get it all out. I act like it scared me out of my wits but hey i'm fine everyone, don't worry about me!

LOL that happens to me at times as well. :D It's really scary actually, and i always nearly break my ankle cause i just don't put my foot properly on the following stair down, and then you have to make it up by stumbling down really fast and your heart leaps, lol!
