you know what i miss most about school? my refund check. that would be soooo nice right now.

so the 90 days of my life that i'm uninsured (first time EVER i don't have dental insurance) my friggin toof goes sour. getting it pulled at the UNC school of dentistry on monday. staying awake cause its cheaper. haha. my life.

had a dream last night that i met really cool new female friends in chapel hill on the lawn of the unc law school while they were having a drum circle.

so i figured out why weddings make me feel squirrely. i think i'm a very empathetic person--thus my political leanings. if i can understand why someone needs my help--put myself in their shoes--i'm right on hand to give it. but if i can't understand it, i have to really effortfully acknowledge that i can't understand it, while also remembering ( Read more... )

just kidding about the last one.

my social life went from 60-0 in a flash. I need to find people to go out with in chapel hill sometimes. my summer routine right now is work, gym, dinner, work, sleep. repeat til weekends, then go out of town.

maybe i'll join a book club or something.

New life plan. find a very rich man, marry him, and live life and be kept in the manner in which i'd like to become accustomed.

went to the museum of life and science (yay) and then to see the decembrists with b.thomas today. it was an amazing concert. the first set was a bunch of songs that tell a story, and the second set was stage rushing rowdy. made me wanna be a dirty hippie real bad. it was raining when we got out, so we walked back to the car in the rain--fitting ( Read more... )
