I destroyed something today...

It was a chair. There was a wooden chair out by the curb, to be thrown away, and I completely destroyed it.

I was so unbelievably frustrated. I needed to break something. I was too furious to just vent normally

I'm sorry you've been so frustrated. I know how it feels to be like that and yes....it is scary.

It's good you took it out in a constructive (well, kind of...haha) way, but if you still need to talk, I hope you know you can always call me =)
