Body and Appearance
1. Describe the character's height and build. Is she heavyset, thin, short, rangy?
Medium built because she's not thin was a twig. Unless 4'9" is tall, she's most definitely short.
2. How old is she?
Around 150 Appears to be between 17 - 19.
3. Describe her posture. Does she carry herself well or does she slouch?
Rukia's pretty curt and proper, so she carriers herself well. Stands tall.... as tall as she can stand.
4. How is her health? Is she fit or out of shape? Any illnesses or conditions? Any physical disabilities?
Good health, in good shape. No illnesses, conditions, or physical disabilities.
5. How does she move? Is she clumsy, graceful, tense, fluid?
Pretty fluid and graceful. She is a shinigami and she needs to be fast when need be. She's not clumsy when walking around.
6. How attractive is this character physically? How does she perceive herself in the mirror?
She has a childish look that goes along with the seriousness of her face. She's just "her" so she doesn't have any problems with herself.
7. Describe her complexion. Dark, light, clear, scarred?
Pretty much fair. It's amazing that as many fights as she's been in, she has no physical scars.
8. Describe her hair: color, texture, style.
Black with one bang that drapes off to the left side of her face. Her ears are covered by her hair which seems to be tucked behind it and then brought forward.
9. What color are her eyes?
Medium purple.
10. Does the character have any other noteworthy features?
Besides her height, no. Nothing physically.
11. What are her chief tension centers?
Probably the area around her heart. She holds a lot of things close to her, so if something upsetting happens, she won't admit it, but it's probably the place that hurts the most.
12. What is the character's wardrobe like? Casual, dressy, utilitarian? Bright colors, pastels, neutrals? Is it varied, or does she have six of the same suit?
Well when she's in Soul Society, she doesn't have anything else except her shinigami uniform. But when she's in the real world, she usually wears skirts and dresses. Usually pastels but her color ranges are usually light.
13. Do her clothes fit well? Does she seem comfortable in them?
I would think so. So much so that she can fight in a dress.
14. Does she dress the same on the job as she does in her free time? If not, what are the differences?
Nope. As mentioned before, she has her shihakushou when she's "working", taking care of her duties assigned to her as a shinigami. But when she's not and is in the real world, she wears casual clothing.
15. You knew it was coming: Boxers, briefs or commando?
I'm not even sure she would even understand this question. I believe that the shinigami don't believe in underwear. There's reasoning behind that I assure you.
Speech
1. What does this character's voice sound like? High-pitched, deep, hoarse?
She has a medium to deep pitch that isn't usual for females. But she speaks clearly.
2. How does she normally speak? Loud, soft, fast, evenly? Does she talk easily, or does she hesitate?
About a regular pace is her speaking rate. About mid volume too... unless she's yelling at Ichigo or Renji. She may trip over her words when she feels embarrassed.
3. Does the character have a distinct accent or dialect? Any individual quirks of pronunciation? Any, like, you know, verbal tics?
She used to. She used a slightly different dialect than she uses now from when she lived in Rukongai.
4. What languages does she speak, and with how much fluency?
Japanese and I believe it's her only language. She may be able to speak English, but nothing confirms that as far as I know.
5. Does she switch languages or dialects in certain situations?
No, not now.
6. Is she a good impromptu speaker, or does she have to think about her words?
She can think on her feet as to what to say. But it depends on the situation really.
7. Is she eloquent or inarticulate? Under what circumstances might this change?
She doesn't cut corners when she's speaking. I can't think of any circumstances that it would change.
Mental and Emotional
1. How intelligent is this character? Is she book-smart or street-smart?
Rukia's pretty smart... when it doesn't come to modern type things. For example, she can't open a juice box without the assistance of Ichigo. But she has both book and street smart. She grew up on the streets of Rukongai. She used to steal when she was younger (yeah go figure).
2. Does she think on her feet, or does she need time to deliberate?
Nope, she can think on her feet. Thus is the duty of a shinigami. But if she needs the time to think, it won't be in the midst of a battle.
3. Describe the character's thought process. Is she more logical, or more intuitive? Idealistic or practical?
Because of her 'work' she's pretty much logical, trying to figure out the best solution at the time... even if it has to go against her words. For example, the captain of the first division told her to treat Inoue as a traitor and not go after her, but seemingly agreeing to his command, Rukia left in order to find her friend. She has to be practical.
4. What kind of education has the character had?
In Karakura town, she attends the high school. But that is pretty much a front. But she's "completed" her studies at the shinigami academy. It's not really said what level of school it, but I have to figure it's HS or maybe into college. They stay in the academy for a while.
5. What are her areas of expertise? What, if anything, is she interested in learning more about?
Fighting Hollows. But inside of what she does, kido is her strong point. She interested in learning of how people use the things she's never seen or heard of ie. modern items.
6. Is she an introvert or an extrovert?
Depends on the situation. She can keep to herself when something's bothering her, but to put up a front like she does as the "transfer student" she acts like an extrovert.
7. Describe the character's temperament. Is she even-tempered or does she have mood swings? Cheerful or melancholy? Laid-back or driven?
Pissing her off would be a bad idea. She may be short but she packs a punch. But she can usually hold out on anger for a little bit because she's looking to kick someone in the head... mainly Ichigo. But outside of getting angry, she's pretty content and happy.
8. How does she respond to new people or situations? Is she suspicious, relaxed, timid, enthusiastic?
If it's in Karakura, it's nice, outgoing, and happy. But in Soul Society, she's more serious and overly respectful. In Salkia she basically is overly nice, putting on her transfer student act if the situation calls for it, which isn't often. She approaches people as she normally would, usually with concern.
9. Is she more likely to act, or to react?
React. She might have to calm her head and think, but she's not like Ichigo where he'll ACT before thinking about the situation.
10. Which is her default: fight or flight?
Fight.
11. Describe the character's sense of humor. Does she appreciate jokes? Puns? Gallows humor? Bathroom humor? Pranks?
Rukia's... pretty serious. But she can appreciate jokes, if she gets them.

13. What moments in this character's life have defined her as a person?
Losing her mentor, Shiba Kaien, being sentence to death after transferring her powers to Ichigo, being saved by Ichigo, and fighting the Espada that took Kaien's soul.
14. What does she fear?
Losing someone important to her.
15. What are her hopes or aspirations?
To protect those all that she can.
16. What is something she doesn't want anyone to find out about her?
As far as I know, she hasn't told Ichigo about Kaien. I don't know if it's a thing of timing or just not telling him. Rukia used to get flack for fighting along with Ichigo because people say he resembles Kaien. In Salkia She's kept hidden the fact that she's dead.
Relationships
1. Describe this character's relationship with her parents.
Rukia died when she was an infant, so there's no relationship there.
2. Does the character have any siblings? What is/was their relationship like?
She had a older sister, Hisana. Hisana abandoned Rukia not being able to take care of her. I doubt that Rukia actually remembers Hisana, but if they were to meet, she would respect her because she's Byakuya's late wife, but probably feel some resentment because in seeing Ichigo and how he interacts with his family, a family should stick together and protect each other and to her, her sister failed to do that. For example...
3. Are there other blood relatives to whom she is close? Are there ones she can't stand?
She had no blood relatives. Hisana was the only one.
4. Are there other, unrelated people whom she considers part of her family? What are her relationships with them?
Her brother in law, Kuchiki Byakuya. He adopted her while she was at the Academy. This was under Hisana's wish for Byakuya to find Rukia and take her in as his sister. They're related, but not blood related and only through marriage. She respects Byakuya a lot.
5. Who is/was the character's best friend? How did they meet?
Abarai Renji. They grew up on the streets together. After Rukia helped them get away with the items they stole, these two have been friends pretty much since then. After the passing of their friends, they swore to become shinigami together.
6. Does she have other close friends?
Close enough like Renji? No.
7. Does she make friends easily, or does she have trouble getting along with people?
She wouldn't make friends easily, but she's willing to give people a chance.
8. Which does she consider more important: family or friends?
Rukia's never had a family, so she would pick friends.
9. Is the character single, married, divorced, widowed? Has she been married more than once?
She's single.
10. Is she currently in a romantic relationship with someone other than a spouse?
No.
11. Who was her first crush? Who is her latest?
Rukia is the type of person who doesn't have time for that sort of thing, keeping her mind focus on her work. I wouldn't be surprised at some point she felt something slightly romantic for Renji.

I JUST TOLD YOU SHE DOESN'T HAV-- Rukia's never thought about this stuff so I can't even answer this for her.
13. Does the character have children? Grandchildren? If yes, how does she relate to them? If no, does she want any?
No.
14. Does she have any rivals or enemies?
Hollows, Aizen, Ichimaru, Tousen, Arrancar, Espada, ANYTHING EVIL.
15. What is the character's sexual orientation? Where does she fall on the Kinsey scale?
Probably a one being: Predominantly heterosexual, only incidentally homosexual. RUKIHIME, I SHIP IT AND I BELIEVE KUBO-SENSEI DOES AS WELL. So many hintsssss.
16. How does she feel about sex? How important is it to her?
Dead people don't have sex. =| And Rukia probably wouldn't know what it is or even know what the hell she's doing. In my headspace: She doesn't need it and it's not that important to her. Relationships aren't based off something like this.
17. What are her turn-ons? Turn-offs? Weird bedroom habits?
When I find this out, I'll let you know. In my headspace, probably a turn on for her is just simple touching caressing. She would probably feel most comfortable with that. Turn offs, being forced into anything she doesn't want to do. Weird bedroom habits? Er, she can use kido. She could totally put someone in a binding spell. Maybe sort of kinda bondage?
Beliefs
1. Do you know your character's astrological (zodiac of choice) sign? How well does she fit type?
Rukia was born on January 14th, so that makes her a Capricorn. Her birth year is never given, but if she were to fit into a zodiac type, it would be the Ram... maybe.
2. Is this character religious, spiritual, both, or neither? How important are these elements in her life?
Neither. She knows about the whole tradition of heaven and hell, but that doesn't mean that she believes in it.
3. Does this character have a personal code of morals or ethics? If so, how did that begin? What would it take to compromise it?
To survive by any means necessary was her personal code when she was younger. Now that she's a shinigami and being in the academy taught her to have certain ethics and morals. But sometimes, her morals conflict with the rules she was taught.
4. How does she regard beliefs that differ from hers? Is she tolerant, intolerant, curious, indifferent?
She respect them completely.
5. What prejudices does she hold? Are they irrational or does she have a good reason for them?
If anything maybe against hollows. One took over her mentor's body which in the end, she wound up taking his life with her own hands.
Daily Life
1. What is the character's financial situation? Is she rich, poor, comfortable, in debt?
Probably rich. She does have Byakuya as a brother and him being a noble, well, that would roll in the money. In Salkia she has a job so she's living pretty much comfortably.
2. What is her social status? Has this changed over time, and if so, how has the change affected her?
Changed over time. She used to be poor but now she's regarded as nobility because Byakuya is her brother. She doesn't wish to disappoint him, but she doesn't consider herself to be on the same level as him.
3. Where does she live? House, apartment, trailer? Is her home her castle or just a place to crash? What condition is it in? Does she share it with others?
She lives in the quarters of the thirteen division and when she's not there, she's living in Ichigo's closet. In Salkia she currently lives in a house.
4. Besides the basic necessities, what does she spend her money on?
In Salkia I think Rukia's conservative enough to save money, so I doubt she would be spending it left and right. But if anything, it would probably be clothes since she came to the island only in her uniform.
5. What does she do for a living? Is she good at it? Does she enjoy it, or would she rather be doing something else?
She hunts and kills hollows and if there's any floating spirits that have not passed on, she send them to Soul Society. Well it's her job and she has to do it. I'm not sure if there's an entertainment factor. She's not Kenpachi. In Salkia she's a waitress at a tea house. She enjoys it. She gets to meet a lot of people and interact with them.
6. What are her interests or hobbies? How does she spend her free time?
Rukia draws, but it's not that often outside of explaining things. She doesn't have free time usually, but when she does, she's attending Karakura high school.
7. What are her eating habits? Does she skip meals, eat out, drink alcohol, avoid certain foods?
She eats good meals. She's not picky, especially when Ichigo's family provides for her.
