[Satori, when she hears Utsuho's thoughts rise to a clamor, immediately seeks her pet out, and when she stumbles upon the fight she can do little more than stare for a few seconds.
[Okuu squawks at the sudden, bright lightshow--and immediately calms down somewhat as she recognizes them.]
Master!
[The turkey, meanwhile, more closely resembles a battered and properly dead thing, scorched in places and still trying to move. But, as only its remaining wing is capable of function, it is not very threatening. Or noisy, for that matter.]

[Goddamn this thing is funny. It's really putting up a fight, but Koishi manages to keep hold of it by digging her fingers into the... cooked meat. Huh. Anyway.]
Utsuho releases the turkey wing and backs up half a waddling step. Said wing is a bit more mangled now--even coming apart at the joints.
This doesn't stop the apparently-dead-but-not bird from still trying to flap it around. Even when part of the wing falls off and is tossed down the hallway.
Okuu looks after it, cawing, her aggression apparently dispelled.]

Well. She hadn't been expecting that.]

..."fight" might be too strong of a word, though. Especially once she hops up onto the stairs and the turkey tries to follow after. Stump stump stump.
Okuu chuffs out all her feathers aggressively, which...does nothing to intimidate the thing. It just keeps viciously headbutting the stairs.]

...I can't believe I'm doing this.

Okuu!
[And she runs over, attempting to grab the undead turkey thing!]

Alas, it does not. But it does flail its stubby legs about--and would be flapping its featherless wing, if Okuu wasn't latched onto it.]

It's okay, Okuu! You can let go now.
