It appears that people arrive and leave here in cycles. Large groups of people leave at the beginning of each month and people arrive here every two weeks or so.

You're right, come to think of it. But they didn't used to come that often for awhile. But before that, they did. And sometimes there are more or less.

If you don't mind, I'd like to request that such a file be made public on a regular basis, so that others can save it for their own records and also in the event that someone may know of an arrival that hasn't properly announced him- or herself.

No. I don't think anyone has. If anyone had, it would be Mrs Unohana. After all, most new arrivals are sent to the clinic. But I've never heard her mention anything about keeping a record while I was there.

[She sends him the coordinates.] It's a big tree on which people can carve their own names or the names of people who used to be here and are missed. The name might not always be easy to decifer and they're written in the person's native language most of the time. Also this practice only started a few months ago. But well, if you find nothing else, it could be a starting point.
