The Hiizumi Life Counseling Offices are in a small, one floor building in the town center. Inside, employees slack off work diligently. [It took him a while to find the building - Ban had spent time just wandering around the city for a bit, trying to get used to his surroundings. It just wasn't happening though; walking into the Life Counseling Office, he glanced around the place, cigarette still dangling from his lips.]

Well, we've got these little booklets here, which should tell you the most important things you need to know right off the bat. If you have any questions, just ask. After that, we can get you set up with a place to stay... though I think you might want to get some dry clothes first.
