Does anybody know what's up with the clouds we have? I mean, I don't know all that much about weather, but I don't think Vatheon is big enough for its own weather patterns. It's pretty weird

I suppose it is possible that the natural laws in Vatheon are just different enough to allow for such a small scale weather system. After all, we are living in a bubble under the sea.
Rather than that, the most intriguing thing is why it is starting now. This city is not new, so why wasn't there a weather system before?
I suppose if this place has never known weather, most buildings will not be able to stand up to the force of a good rain shower or a storm. That could be... dangerous. Not to mention the possibility of flooding if it rains long enough.
Aren't clouds just vaporized water? Could be that all the steam from hot showers and tea kettles is gathering up there in the dome, with nowhere to go. [Clearly, Biology and Physics weren't his best classes.]
...I guess, but if that was the case, wouldn't it all build up on the top of the bubble, like how water condenses on the top of a lid when you're cooking?
Mm. Certainly an entertaining thing, aren't they? If I had to guess, I would say this phenomena is most definitely recent. Perhaps the newer people have triggered something... or, perhaps Rachel's forecast turned out to be disturbingly accurate.
... How amusing. Somehow, I doubt she is the source for these.

... I take it you haven't met the vampire. You would know Miss Alucard if you met her, believe me. She's an irritating little girl with long blonde hair tied into pigtails with black ribbons.
More accurately, those rabbit-looking ribbons seemed to have turned her INTO one during our last little curse. She was angry, so it isn't unexpected she'd be throwing lightning around in a small temper tantrum. But she seems to have had the decency to have warned the poor idiots who may have gotten in her way.

Party? Really? That sounds like so much fun! And, um, also, like......a useful, responsible-type thing to do. Good idea, Akina-san!

See, that's the thing that worries me. This sudden change isn't exactly something that I think will end well.
