hmmm...i think you are right in that it's a private company...however, they are subject to employment regulations (so if they were discriminating against an employee/potential employee because of sexual orientation, it could be illegal, depending on the state). that's way shitty though. do you know what state they're based in?

You're so awesome for posting this since I really needed to know where its being held this year. : )

Also..Eharmony's an incredibly fucked up company thats totally anti-LGBT (which they of course can't even say LGBT to be respectful).
