Here is the promised poll regarding when you would like to claim your fics. At this point, we have one more artist than we do fics, so we have a lot of room to maneuver. As long as all fics receive art, you may do art for as many fics as you like, from just one to all twelve. So think about that while you think about this:

While I would love for ASAP I think claiming should wait till the 15, so the fics being claimed are exactly all the ones turned in. If claiming ends up going earlier then that a suggestion I have is you could have 2nd and even 3rd rounds of claiming (with each round including the fics from the previous round that did not get claimed) and just adding the new fics into those rounds.

Also, I am still working on a fic for this but I am not sure if I want to send in the summary until I reach a certain word count. So that is why I haven't sent one in yet.

I'm all about the early!!! although if we do it on Dec 31st, can we do it some day-type-time like 1ish or 2ish PM?

Madam Moderator? Just checking in because we haven't heard from you and I'm worried about claiming / deadlines / etc. Also, in this post you note there is one more artist than author - i take it that not as many people got back to you with their fics as originally signed up?
