I'M ABOUT TO CHUCK MY LAPTOP AT YOU, omg, if only you could see my face rn. THIS IS SO DELIGHTFUL; YOU ARE SO DELIGHTFUL. It's like you encapsulated everything that was great and excessive and totally indulgent about the AU and made it quirky but familiar and tied into a wonderful krisyeol bow. I love how you took all these over-used tropes - the chaebol details, ~chanyeol as an electric but useless genius~, the pyrotechnics reference - and made them so hysterical. You fit in so much for an AU drabble?! Slyly name-dropping idol rappers, Baekhyun flirting with Kris, THAT ENTIRE DRUG BUST SET-UP. AND THIS: Then Chanyeol shifts into a more comfortable position and the light sinks into his hair. His head looks like it's on fire. I LEGIT SQUEEZED MY PILLLOW AND MADE A NOISE. Wow, I need to stop capslocking at you but I love this, I love it so much, and especially you forever and ever ok.

!!! ok this is embarrassing but apres-ski is maybe my favorite thing on the planet and i feel like i've been ~wishing for new fic from you for so long my fingers became like permanently crossed and now!!! i love everything about this au setup, kris' total exasperation and total affection, and chanyeol fleeing down a fire escape and kris being there to catch him, and "He has bad taste," is all he lets himself say wow no shut up. the baekhyun and layhan cameos were perf and ALSO Also you curl his hair every morning when he's still in bed so he can get an extra fifteen minutes of sleep WOW NO SHUT UP that is too cute. T T your writing style feels so comfortable and i always love your chanyeol? that he's fun and unpredictable but always smart, god what a charming little shit. ahh i'm just really happy you're writing more, thank you for this and also the other super cute drabble!!
