[ACTION; 837 Hastings Boulevard]
[Urgh. What time is it now? Her mother would probably be yelling at her to hurry up and get to school, but strangely, she can't hear her voice. Whatever, she's still half-asleep, so she takes a few moments to sit up, savoring her soft, soft bed

Holy crap!

[She has snowballs and his name is written all over them.
...okay, she doesn't know his name, but still.]

You're definitely new here. Hold on.
[She pulls a pad of paper out of a bag she's carrying, and offers it to the Blue Rose along with a pen.]
Thanks to one of the local assholes I'm currently deaf, so if you've got a question you'll need to write it down. But I take it you need someone to explain the whole situation to you, right?

[She takes the pad and the pen, scribbling down her response: 'I've been told enough that I know this isn't the best place to wake up in, but I still need to know more.']

[Her ears twitch as she studies the rows of houses.]
I've begun to think they weren't so different from us, once. Unfortunately they're brainwashed a little harder than the rest of us usually are.

[She lets out a breath, looks down at her pad and pen, then starts writing out another question. 'You mean that if one of us steps one inch out of line, we're turned into drones? How long is it, usually?']

...but you know what, it's a snowball fight. So there goes the snowball, aiming straight for his face!]

Blue Rose!

[Like he could ever penetrate her snow fort. But anyway there's a bit of a blush going on here, before she shakes it off and prepares another snowball for throwing.]

He didn't mind cooking either, not that he could make dishes that are overly complicated. That's why today, he's preparing fried rice to welcome his new wife into the family. Just as he's finished and begins dividing up the rice between plates, he hears someone running down the stairs.
Perhaps that's her. Kashihara takes the dishes over to the table and as soon as he sees her, he says...]
Good morning.

[She sounds...rather panicked. And also rather mad, because she thinks he kidnapped her. Somehow.]

[He places the rice plates on the table and sits down.]
Are you hungry?

Blue Rose.
[Oh dear, this will be fun.]
What do you already know? I wouldn't want to waste your time by repeating something you've already heard.

But she's the Super Idol, Blue Rose! She's the Hero that everyone's betting on for next Queen of Heroes! Like hell is she going to let her rival troll on her, not when she outranks him by a mile.]
Well, I know that death isn't permanent here. I know that the people who say you've been here all your life are called drones and that if you aren't careful, you could turn into one. I know that things happen more than once and that I should be on guard for those. I know that Mayfield is not the best place to wake up in.
[And that's only off the top of her head.]

It isn't. It's dangerous. Your powers don't work unless the mail man decides to give them back. The milk is bad for you, don't drink it. Our authority figures censor any and all information we may receive via public means. Be wary.
[He sighs.]
Perhaps I should call you by your name while we are here. We aren't super heroes to these people.

[...well, it's possible.]
...that's right. [She...wouldn't really mind if it was, say, Kotetsu calling her by her first name, but instead it's his partner. And she does mind, which is why there's a few moments before she says anything else, and it's a rather begrudging reply.]
Fine.
