I've thought about this for a while and I still have yet to really find a set power, but I'll tell you what I've got so far:

Gaara's Sand Demon, Hyuuga Clan's Sharingan, Neji's chakra control and techniques {such as soft boxing and the 164 pt. technique}, Tsunade's sheer strength, Lee's quickness and Tenten's perfect aiming {all characters from Naruto}.
