So Mat and I started week 3 of our running adventure tonight. I /never/ thought I'd be able to run for 3 minutes at a time. ;) Of course, now I'm pooped, but it's a nice feeling... And it was a nice night tonight. The previous run was icy cold and exceedingly unpleasant. Hard to be motivated on nights like that.

I wish you guys lived closer... I need to start running again! That plan looks like a good one... I might have to mirror your workout a little. Anyway, if you're doing that stuff, then I'm proud of y'all! Good luck with it, and keep us posted!

The workout /is/ good. I was afraid in the beginning as I was looking over the list that I wouldn't be able to do it, but it progresses at a rate I can follow. *grins* Plus I have Mat there to keep me from wussing out.

I was the same way when I started running . . . I'd probably never run for more than a couple minutes before, and then only when forced to in gym class. Eventually I was able to do it for forty, which I still kind of can't believe, since I'm a bit out of shape now and doing thirty is hard again! :D
