Wow, that is pretty lame. I like how I didn't know about it at all. It's great how that group is so into each other that they don't care to include any of the other officers (namely, ME) in any of their discussions or whatnot. Hopefully something will change next year.

Sorry about Kollaboration... :< That was pretty boneheaded of me. The flier was like sitting around my desk for a week too LOL.......... okay not helping. :x

:O!! I love helping people dress more girly!!!!

well, i promised we wouldnt have to buy anything. i have to talk to her other friend to see if she wants to come, but im warning her away since she said shes an impulsive buyer. youd probably be welcome, as long as you dont mind putting up with my taste in choices for my friend to try on.

if you want, i can ask her if you can come.

and i still love you even though you totally forgot about mentioning your VIP tickets to something awesome for a full week+. :)

Yup, completely incapable of interacting with girls.

UCLA is so different... there's always been a lot of female officers (and presidents), and it's really 50/50 on the guy-girl ratio... anime fans are mixed nowadays, there's no reason for USC to become awkward-male-conglomerate.

i attribute our lack of committed female membership to two things.

1) (same for lack of good male membership) weak heart/spirit. no devotion to the search for exposure, depth, and breadth of knowledge about one of their favorite pastimes. in other words - lack of the best part of otaku mentality.

2) lack of the male element to a)present material that or b)recruit girls that attract other girls. girls are naturally more social creatures than guys and need to have a sense of community, friendship, or solidarity (fujoshi style :| ) to continue being interested in the social aspect of the club (i.e. actually meeting up with people)

1 is nothing we can change easily. 2 is the game of life. keep tossing enough girls in and hopefully some will stick and become stable structures. yay for the game of life.

I'm not surprised, that group has been giving a "cut out the Joe!" vibe for awhile, especially since they never c.c.ed you on e-mails. Considering they can't even manage to properly have a club room on time, I'd say they FAIL ( ... )

If you're up for a marathon of something some weekend, just message me. Food is also good. And if you're home some weekday and up for lunch, I work just a few minutes from you.
