1. What did you do in 2007 that you'd never done before?
Visit Joshua Tree, work almost every baseball game, have my own pet
2. Did you keep your new years' resolutions, and will you make more for next year?
I do not make resolutions. If you want to change yourself, why wait for a certain day to do it?
3. Did anyone close to you give birth?
Some people I know from high school had babies.

no

I went nowhere.
6. What would you like to have in 2008 that you lacked in 2007?
An adult relationship
7. What date from 2008 will remain etched upon your memory, and why?
The day Bonds hit #756, cause that was pretty awesome to be there.
8. What was your biggest achievement of the year?
Getting three pictures and a portfolio into the Spring Show
9. What was your biggest failure?
Having them only put up one because of 'lack of wall space'
10. Did you suffer illness or injury?
Strep, and perpetual tonsil problems. And I threw out my back on Saturday.
11. What was the best thing you bought?
New space heater. Really good books. Nice shoes. Nice photo paper.
12. Whose behavior merited celebration?
Jessica put up with my stop and go and take pictures road trip in Joshua Tree.
Liz makes me feel good about my cooking.
My parents have been there for me all year.
13. Whose behavior made you appalled and depressed?
Grandma needs to stop drinking so much and voicing her horrible opinions.
Jason could have stopped being an ass a whole lot sooner.
Neighbor sex is annoying to hear all the time.

Rent, tuition, booze @ 540 club.

Trivia! new friends that enjoy my company

Singing out loud. Being spontaneous.

How is it possible that I sat on the couch and worried last year too? Wouldn't you think I've learned by now?

My non-family holiday idea fell through. Next year though...I'm thinking south america.

No. I don't hate anyone. Strong dislike for annoying classmates.

The end of Harry Potter, Loving the Citizen Hearst I'm reading now. Ambrose Bierce novels. The Alchemist.

The one thing I just found, Cari Lee and the Saddle-Ites

a butter bell, heater, organization, Sunday crossword puzzles

more awesome photos, a call back, extra money to put away

Superbad. Why can't I remember shit I've seen? The Found Footage Festival!

I worked through the day, then got drunk on margaritas and was in bed by 8:30, cause I had to work the next day.
32.What one thing would have made your year immeasurably more satisfying?
More wins at Trivia! Team names that didn't suck. People who don't yell out answers.
33. How would you describe your personal fashion concept in 2007?
whatever the hell I like, I'll wear. Time for more simple things. Never underestimate the power of jeans and a white blouse.
34. What kept you sane?
good coffee nearby, crossword puzzles, a hope for the future.
35. Which celebrity/public figure did you fancy the most?
Oh, Jim....I mean, John Krasinski. Go Obama too.
36. What political issue stirred you the most?
uhhhh, why don't people have health care? we won't be able to ship them off to fight in unplanned wars in foreign countries if they don't survive past the age of 7 and are all obese.
37. Who did you miss?
Never get to see my dad as much anymore, especially during the baseball season.
38. Who was the best new person you met?
The trivia crew: Johnny, Jason, Siobhan, Hilary, Dan, Tom, etc. I think it's pretty cool to have a bartender know what drink you drink (thanks Brian).

Just do the fun shit now, cause someday you won't be able to get out of your chair.

Skip's house. Fun night, but that was then.

no, that's next year, 2008 - year of weddings.

What sporting events did you attend?
80 games of baseball, and the All Star Game. I went to a high school football game for the first time in a few years.
What concerts/shows did you go to?
The Third Eye Blind 10 year anniversary show in SF, Ozomatli, Rev. Horton Heat, Colin Hay
What's the one thing you thought you would not do but did in 2007?
spend as much money as I did, and end up liking Jim Wood.
What has been your favorite moment(s)?
Thinking I was going to die in a tent in Joshua Tree, and the moment we realized that it was an hour earlier than we thought. Winning at Trivia and having good comebacks.
Any new additions to your family?
I grew a second head, but you know, nothing really unusual.

Siobhan is always there to drink with on Sundays and shoot the shit.

Tons, and oddly enough, only thanks to one person.
