I am so exhausted. Last night I was up all night making pitas and eggplant hummus. I also baked some cookies but they didn’t turn out so well. I just want to sleep. I will never stay up that late baking again. My next cooking foray will be chicken jambalaya I loves it.

It was actually pretty tasy though I should have made the garlic a little more minced. It was a bit strong :)
