Anything Joker-fic isn't for me... but that's a good idea-posting a list of favourite fics. I should do that. :)

... I usually find these lists useful... there are so many stories out there! I never know which one to read!
...I'm a bit biased towards the Joker.. I've always liked "strange" characters with strange personalities...
Do you read fanfictions? What kind of stories do you like?

Yes, I read fanfics. I tend to read in my main fandoms-SW, LotR, BM, Sharpe (when I can find it), some PotC... Well-studied portrayals of the characters, and believable plots are my thing. I like to see fanfiction as an extension of the book or movie, so I don't often go into AU territory. There might be a few exceptions to that, but I can't think of them, at the moment.

I prefer not-AU stories too. I find them more... believable, in some ways. I'm a huge fan of angsty-fics, then, even if I'm still wondering why... =D

Gorgeous Heath Ledger. Did you know that his performance as the Joker made him win in the best actor in a fantasy movie of TV-show category at the Scream Awards? ...even if it's not the most famous competition, it gives me hope for the Oscars! :)
