Okay. First things first: MY FEET FUCKING HURT!!!!!! OW!!!!

Okay, now that that’s done…

I worked a lovely 8-hour shift today. From 11:30-7:30. Hence, my feet hurt BADLY.

Nothing much happened. I did have Mr. Peakin come in and order a double cheeseburger without the cheese. Interesting.

Dean, one of the assistant managers, likes the way I work. ( Read more... )

Ever tried working 4-close? 11:30-8:00? Do you guys have to wear certain shoes? If you have to wear the same ones we do, then you'll have to wait a month or two before the stupid things break in. Having fun at work? I'm not, but I don't have to work till Wednesday!

No, we can choose our own shoes...but I need arch support, and my current shoes don't give that. :-( And no, no fun at work... and I will be closing soon...thank you, DEAN...

I went to burger king today... but you weren't there :*(... although, Robert Bruetzman (sp?) was... I never have liked him much tho...ever since an incident at an honor band last year... but, I suppose I shouldn't hold that against him... I dunno... enough rambling from me!!!!

Robert...

well, freshman year at an honor band...
all of us who went, were eating lunch with Graettinger at Arby's... somehow, I ended up sitting across from him or something... well, I was a shy little freshman... I didn't know anyone at that honor band very well (robert, mike pigman, kelsey, and sarah f) They were all talking and stuff and then, suddenly out of nowhere Robert puts his food down, stares straight at me and says "Do you talk?"... in this... weird voice...

it was a weird experience...

Congratulations! But sorry your feet hurt so bad. That's the worst, getting used to being on your feet all day. It'll get better though. Sounds like you already impressed them with your work habbits. Way to show 'em how it's done!
