Torchwood

I was wondering how many people would watch Torchwood Miracle Day. I find this poll quite interesting. Right now it appears more people are watching than not, though the non-watching people might be catching up.

I'm planning on watching Torchwood Miracle Day but I'm not at all excited about it - in fact I'm kind of hoping that it will be bad and ratings will be poor so that they don't make any more! Not because I'm a bitter Ianto fangirl or anything, just because I thought Children of Earth was pretty much not-Torchwood and MD is likely to be even more so, so it's kind of a slap in the face for the fans of the original show. Plus I never found Gwen interesting and my interest in Jack has waned as TW has gone on (plus JB, bless him, is not the best actor IMO). So I'll watch it just out of mild interest but I don't really care about the show anymore.

If nothing else, I hope the humor will be enjoyable. Some of the scenes made me laugh, at least. I'm hoping there will be a few more of those.

I'm excited, but I've heard people say that you need to get used to the American feel of it, and although I hope it won't be too bad, I might not like it at all. Let's see. It's funny, how even the American and British trailers have such a different feeling to it.

Yet no one can be more excited than JB, when he talks about MD. Makes me always smile with him. He's good at that.
