I've always had a healthy outlook on death and departure from this world. Ever since I was a little kid I've had relatives passing regularly since I can remember. When I was in Junior high and elementary school I lost a number of friends and acquaintances to shootings, car accidents and various other unnatural deaths. The saddest was my friend

Hey Zack

I'm just reading this today (slacker, I know). I'm sorry for all the hard things you're going through. There seems to be lots of bad news lately--must be the season. I lost a friend three weeks ago in a hit and run and have heard from many others who've also experienced a loss recently. My prayer list is getting really long. I don't think you believe in that sort of thing, but regardless, I'm adding you to it.
