Yikes, this entry is full of very few 2015 icons and long overdue. Free time and inspiration are two things currently evading me, but in the meantime I've still been milling around, appreciating all the gorgeous icons that continue to be made. I noticed that and I think it has been a problem for a while. I avoid using contractions in cut texts :/

The vintage coloring on 2-4 looks great! I also love the text use on 5-9, just like the background of the Gotham icons :D

How frustrating. I usually use lyrics so I don't want to change anything, but I don't know how or why LJ messed it up.

Oh my goodness, I can't believe you commented on every icon here, and with such wonderful and kind notes too. This comment just about made my day.
