I have to go into emergency surgery on friday morning for reasons that I'm not going to get into for now. Now I have the SAT II's scheduled the following day on saturday so I e-mailed the people with this message:
My name is George Hrisulev and I am planning on taking the SAT II Math on Saturday January 28, 2006. However I am scheduled for an emergency surgery on Friday January 27, 2006. I will be under full anesthesia throughout the operation. My doctors have advised me not to make any important decisions in the next 24 hours. Is there any way I can take the SAT II Math at a later date? Please contact me as soon as possible with your decision.
Sincerely George Hrisulev
Now they replied me with this
Good Evening,
Thank you for contacting The College Board.
The fee for changing a test, test center or test date is $20, plus any
adjustments for the test fees. In order to make these changes, contact
SAT Customer Service at 609-771-7600 2 1/2 weeks prior to the test
date.
If you need to make a change after 2 1/2 weeks before the test you can
still try to take the tests (except Listening) by going to the test
center early on test date. Bring your Admissions ticket and other
required materials, if space and test materials are available you will
be admitted ahead of stand-by students.
If you have any further questions, please contact us at
inquiry@collegeboard.org. or visit our Web site at
www.collegeboard.com.
Thank you,
Steven

What part of emergency surgery did you not understand! The guy probably thinks its a joke right?? 2 1/2 weeks in advance? Its not like anyone schedules an emergency surgery weeks in advance! If they did they wouldn't be an emergency now would they??? And then if its less than 2 1/2 weeks i'm suppose to go in later earlier than what's scheduled? NO! The whole point is that I'll still be under anesthesia and that I wont be thinking clearly! Thats why I want it moved to a later date!!! What the hell is wrong with you people!!!!
People dissapoint me!
