It's always Love/Hate with DING

I purchased my ticket home from Southwest's DING program for a total of about $120 from San Jose to Phoenix. Fares usually run around $150-200 for me, so I was getting a pretty good deal, especially since it was only last week, and three weeks is already starting to cut it close for a plane ticket.

Try calling Southwest and see if they can do anything for you--rebook using that fare, etc.

Yeah, it was, but it expired at 4:30. I couldn't even change mine.

You should download the program. They send out specials around twice a day, but you have to have the program to purchase them. It's free. :P
