this is fun to do
1st grade
-procrastinating on my projects so much that i would my parents would have to do most of it
-"Room three magic" with Mr. Olsen sounds sketchy and wierd to my stupid 18 year old mind, but we owned all the other classes so hard
-Mr. Olsen fought a leprechaun (case in point)
-hot lunch!
-meeting chris yang for the first time
-getting chased and bullied by chris yang and a bunch of other kids when i met chris yang for the first time
-getting my first comic book to myself, garfield fat cat three pack volume 1
-NINTENDO SIIIXTY FOOOUUURRR
-Everytime we did something good, the teacher put a marble in a jar, but i don't remember what happens when you fill the jar :[
-During PE, john kwan and I went to get water, but we somehow ended up throwing frisbees off of the water fountain onto the blacktop. The pe teacher got really mad and yelled at us. When we later returned to the classroom,where we were told we had "disgraced room 3 magic" :[
-in an unrelated instance, i fought john kwan and got a write-up and lunchtime detention
-During lunchtime detention which was outside of the office on opposite benches, john looked inside the office and said that the screensaver of the computer on his side was star wars, and convinced me to switch
-john kwan lied.
-(aside) since that series of events i haven't fought again in my life
I don't remember much from 2nd grade
-our first teacher mrs. beard quit on us halfway through :[
-somehow i have a memory of jonathan huang flashing me in a rhyme that went "CHINESE*pull the skin around his eyes to make his eyes smaller*, JAPANESE *push the skin together*, LOOK AT THESE!*flash*" *EDIT*-this is upper body flashing we're talking about
-i'm not even sure if jonathan huang went to weibel, but i have that distinct memory tied to him for some wierd reason.
-"camp segundo" a day where we didn't do any work all day and just made lanyards and read captain underpants
-chris yang greeted everybody by kneeing them in the balls.
-we got a field trip to discovery zone by reading hella a grip of books
-playing dinopark tycoon
-cheating in dinopark tycoon
3rd grade
-getting sent to the office for writing bad words on my pencilbox during the animated version of "charlotte's web," my parents don't know to this day, and if any of you tell them, i'll kill you
-Doing an oral presentation thing where i pretended to be george eastman, the guy who founded the kodak camera company
-the beginning of my horrible odyssey in the GATE program
-pizza math!
- "max ball" > four square > two square>> everything else in life
-having a crush on Ellen and trying to sit near her in the library
-having a distinct sense that the aforementioned crush was messed up becuase she skipped a grade and liked an equivalent second grader, making me an 8-year old pedophile?
-NAGANOOOO those olympics seemed so much cooler and more high-tech becuase they were japan, and they got me interested in snowboarding
-trying to rig the weekly raffles by sticking pencils the raffle tickets we turned in
-i think i won through this technique once, but lost like 4 pencils :[
-Moving to a new house in fremont
-making a website in html in computer lab
-RECORDERS! or was that fourth grade?
