It's not unethical to be interested in her.

It is unethical to make her cheat on her boyfriend.

If they're not serious or exclusive (or if he's a jerk, like in the movies), and you think you can get her to dump him in favor of you, then I guess you're welcome to try.

In the end, though, my opinion doesn't matter.

if something I do causes pain to myself or another, it is something I would consider unethical to do. If I felt I was doing something that would cause a gal's bf harm, I would generally not be able to do it.

As well, there is no way I can make someone do anything. If she were to cheat on her bf, or just drop the guy, that would be something she would have to deal with, not me.
