Whatever he has to say also apparently couldn't wait until after he grabbed a towel, because at the moment, the poor schmuck is still wet since it was drizzling outside while he was training.
So there's a drenched, shirtless Ieyasu excitably yelling at the communicator.

I had just been thinking - [because all thinking is to be done when training outside in the rain] - about a few matters and well, it's not uncommon to seek advice through these devices, no?
[A slight chuckle and he finally simmers down. Apparently all his excitement came only from his brilliant idea.]
Well, I... I suppose to get to the point, I have to ask...
If you have someone close to you that you care for dearly, but there's some sort of... boundary between the two of you... how would you suggest to overcome it? I only want to get along with this person because they're important to me but-
