Realization.
I change so often because my ideal self is what is actually changing, and I adapt my behaviors to try to meet that.
I feel I change because I desire change, but I think I cycle through a set number of ideal selves. And I ought to settle on just one. -
Emotion regulation.

Art.
Anything that has been created, or transmogrified, from some kind of internal disturbance of the self (positive or negative) can be called art.
