if you enjoyed that, try stephenson's "cryptonomicon". it's a bit large, but a worthwhile read.

I've been meaning to read that, but I think it'll have to wait until after I finish Stephen King's Dark Tower series. I also want to read Bride of the Fat White Vampire (the sequel to Fat White Vampire Blues). But I did read Angels and Demons (also by Dan Brown), which I liked.

There a lot of books that are dedicated to "breaking the Da Vinci Code" or disproving the claims made in it. Those might be worth checking into.
