youre stronger than you think, we all have a way of underestimating ourselves. i felt completely lost when my grandpa died and i still do sometimes, but you know, it's all about focusing on the positive things, like what an awesome person they were and the memories that youll always have. i made photoboards of my grandpa and took them to the wake, one from more recent years, and one of old pictures, and it gave so much for people to talk about and remember, it really helped.

if you need to talk to someone with an open mind im always here, my aim is superdestruction and my new(er) cell phone is 570-9198.

take care
