Baby curiosity

While I still don't aim to get a baby I have been fascinated by it all since I was a kid. We have a wonderful pregnancy book I read way before such things should have interested me. I think I was mainly attracted to the beautiful very natural ('70 style) pictures of the central woman. You could see her body change and she had that pregnancy aura.

Baby cravings are nasty! I don't eat fish, yet yesterday I ate 3 cans of tuna.

And babies aren't a total negative thing, otherwise noone would bother!

LOL well you did enjoy eating the tuna didn't you? There must be something in it you needed, be glad you weren't hunched over an open can of paint thinner or something...

And yups babies are wonderful too but I wouldn't choose to have any unless I was super sure I could handle it. Though many people these days don't plan it so much, that could happen to me too as I am not planning on a life of abstinence. All sex is basically you trying your best to get pregnant after all, even if you don't realise it.

I did enjoy it lol! I can't think of anything weird I've craved though.. Tins of hot dogs in the main thing!

I'm not sure I can handle a baby, but I'm pregnant now so I'll have to cope with it lol!

I think anyone who knows for sure they can handle a baby (whether have one yet or not) is more likely to be deluded. Worrying mean you take it seriously enough.

Besides it's not something you can do alone, pull in family and friends and you have the best chance of success.

Oh yeah of course I would love a baby if it's there, I know that for sure. For me it's just a case of not thinking it's a good idea for me to have one. Maybe I'll end up being 37 and adopting (after age 35 the chances of genetic flaws goes through the roof), it could all happen.

I think if I do get an anxious child by the time it will get issues there should be better treatments out there for that. That's at least something positive I could cling to.
