7th degree fame?

I've been asked to do a somewhat unusual engraving job, it's engraving a 4 liter bottle of champagne with part of a birthcard. A semi-famous tv host/model had a baby and it's a present to her.

Obviously from her pre-baby days, she did FHM magazine.

Normally the shop that sells the champagne got the engraving done in France with the order but apparently they don't do it anymore and now they stepped into the jeweler's shop (that hires me for odd jobs) to ask if they could do it. If I manage it well enough all future orders may go to me.

They asked me to come up with a price but I have no clue. I don't know how much they charge for the champagne and the champagne with engraving so I'll have to pluck a figure out of thin air based on the effort and time it will take me to do the work freehand.

I'm worried the company in France had a laser engraver or old master engraver and now they will expect the same quality of work from me, the person who misspelled the last job they asked me for. Erasers don't work on glass...I had to redo it with shoddy equipment and it sucked.

Ah well they don't have to rehire me if the work is crappy, their risk at asking me. But there is no second try with a 4 liter champagne bottle...
