So does Ocelot have any long-term plans with the Emmerichs? Or even any fantasy sequences about the way things might go down?

Ocelot's fantasy sequences have largely stopped involving Otacon, who's seemed way more nervous around him since E.E. showed up, and started involving him and Emma going on magical timestream-punching adventures to kill Solid Snake before he can crush Ocelot's sparkling pink shoujo dreams of Big Bosstopia. Possibly robots are involved, she seems to like that kind of thing. After that, hell, I don't know, if you're good and it doesn't get in the way of anything more important, I'll get some drugs and brainwash your brother into paying lots of attention to you all the time. You can keep him as a cabana boy while I breed hamsters and fellate Big Boss. IT'LL BE FUN.

He's still working out the finer details of this plan. But in his mind it's definitely going to happen.

... in the meantime, half the reason he's bothering with the Emmerichs as much as he is is just plain boredom. Because it pisses off Snake, because seeing what these crazy crazy crazy people will do is really entertaining, and because he has nothing better to do

Definitely the former. Ocelot has a personal attachment to that penis. It's his favorite penis. EVA can be preggers all she wants, she got knocked up artificially. This may change if he somehow gets roped into going the sorts of horrible duties one does for a pregnant lady. Eeeeeewwwwwwww.
