I have become obsessed with zuchini. I don't know what it is, I use to not eat them because when I was younger I had a bad incident where I ate them raw and got a stomachache. From this point on, I never looked a zuchini the same again, until over the summer when my mom whipped up some grilled zuchini in this delicious garlic and olive oil sauce
