Book suggestions pleaseeeee! I've probably read a lot of the suggestions that I will get but throw anything and everything out there! I am dying to read.

I just finished Half Broke Horses by Jeanette Walls (who wrote The Glass Castle) and it was okay - I was disapointed after how great The Glass Castle was!

I've just been reading YA stuff lately, but I just glanced over my Amazon wishlist (because I wanted to see if The Glass Castle was on it) and saw "The Gangster We Are All Looking For" and that book was really good!

I just finished reading "The Spirit Catches You and You Fall Down" and I thought it was so interesting. I'm not one for non-fiction, but I was going for it every free moment I had.

I'm glad you said that about Half Broke Horses. I almost bought it because I too loveeed The Glass Castle. Too bad it's sucky.

Two great books I recently read: The Help by Kathryn Stockett and The Heretics Daughter by Kathleen Kent. I read both on our plane rides to Europe & back... awesome!!!

I DON'T recommend The Carrie Diaries by the chick who wrote Sex & the City books. Talk about boring. High school stuff.

Half broke horses is okay but def no comparisson to the glass castle. It is more like a biography of her grandmother. There Was nothing that kept me going back to the book besides the fact that I don't like to not finish something. I'm glad you suggested The Help bc I've been interested in reading it!

I would like to say I am the same, but my stack of half-read books would beg to differ. Hah!
