Of course, I'll make the occasional fast typing online RP mistake with it and then quickly OOC my spelling mistake. I get absolutely horrified with myself when I see it and MUST let everyone involved know that I really do know the difference!
Loose/lose is my biggest pet peeve though. I think it comes from reading too much fanfiction...
:P I was just kidding, the two are homophones and there is no disernable difference in the sounding of the two. One of my real pet peeves, however, is when I catch myself using its or it's incorrectly.
Ah, see, I was reading "say" as "typing" but that you just said 'say' because, well, that was the only way that made sense, so I just corrected myself, but here you were just kidding around! Hmph! ^_~
It's/its is definitely one of those that I occasionally have to stop and say it out loud without the contraction to make sure it makes sense.

Oh, the hell with it. "Your" is replacing "you're", no matter who's doing the writing--or is that "whose"?
