So, wondervixen and I were talking about how we watched this show when we were kids about a mannequin who came alive at night in a department store. We also recalled there being a girl and a mouse there, but weren't sure of details. We also thought that there was a fourth character, but couldn't recall who/what

Oh God, I used to watch that all the time. I'd completely forgot about it. LOL *bounce*

I know! We were chatting about old kids TV shows and this just popped into my brain!

Today's Special! I used to watch that on Nickelodeon all the time when I was a kid. I think the mannequin was named Jeff, and the girl was an employee. They were played by humans. The night watchman (the last main character) and the mouse were both puppets. It was kind of Muppet Show/Sesame Street-esque. I think there were animated sequences and live-action ones together. But yeah, wow. Hadn't thought about that one in years.

Jeff! Yes, that sounds right!

And I think the mouse's name was Muffy... but maybe I made that up.

Yeah, I watched that clip on youtube and remembered who the fourth member was. I had completely forgotten that it was half human, half muppets!

I think you're right and the mouse is Muffy. I don't remember anyone else's name, though. Time to use the powers of the Internet!

I wound up watching an episode on youtube.com.

... Wow, it was awful! Well, and yet, totally fascinating! That does tend to be how I feel when watching something from the 80s/90s. I had completely forgotten that there were songs all over the place in the show!

So, yeah, Muffy and Jeff. And then Sam is the security muppet and Jodi is the woman who works there.

I watched this too, though I really dont remember much about the show, other than it just looks really really familiar.

I got to see all the characters dress up like roles of a storm and sing/dance a ditty! (Well, two of the characters went to visit the sky, but yeah... wow, that sentence sounds silly to say. Visit the sky... riiiiiight.)

*screams* I can't believe you found it! It all came back to me as soon as it started. I'm so excited! I'll have to go on there and watch an episode. *jumps up and down*
