I'm actually the same way. My copy has been sitting in my room for about and month and a half. I've read the first few chapters though. What I've heard sounds fantastic.

It's so great. If it's the physical book itself that's holding you up I'd just buy the e-book. Mine arrived a day before the actual release because I'd preordered it, and it just sat there, and when I bought the ebook I finished it three days later. Three long days later. omgsomanypages.
