Today is my last day here at my office in Barcelona. I will miss it lots. The good news is I finally get a vacation (I started work as soon as exams ended and haven't taken a vacation since...sick days maybe but those were no fun). Which means I'll be off for a while. hey cristina,
go to lugano switzerland.

(it's in the Ticino region--southern part near italy). If you're up for a scenic hike go to Ponte Tresa there and continue onward to Cinque Terre (border of Italy Switzerland)

You will miss the Monaco Boat Show, but it is summer so most of the megayachts are cruising around somewhere in "the Med." Not that you'll be allowed on, but keep your eyes out on the water for displays of ostentation. Oh, and M/Y "Her Honor" belongs to Judge Judy, if you see it and want to get extra credit back at school. (Not that she has too much fame when you get Scalia in your building, but whatever.)

Displays of ostentation ran rampant. Pics available on facebook. My ostentation was limited to my 20 euro winnings :)
