I think someone on C_R was selling them some time ago, but if not, how about asking the people in the cosplay forum?

Another idea might be to find the template of the badge design, print it up after resizing, and taking it to a place with a badge maker and getting it made into a badge. (And maybe make some more while you're at it and sell them to the next lot of people wanting them!)

I knitted that hat last summer and bought the pin somewhere on Cafepress. Can't remember where, though.
