Greetings LJ readers,

I know I don't post much anymore, mostly because of the instant gratification of Facebook...but here is where I document the stories that are impacting my life. And this week has been NO exception.

Make sure you file a police report. If the cops get a couple of reports from people who have eaten at the same restaurant, they can sometimes track down the person responsible, and it helps to have the report as documentation to assist you in cleaning up the mess with the bank, should they refuse to refund any of the fraudulent charges.
