So, the vatican decided to do away with Limbo (where dead unbaptized babies go plus those born before Christ). The idea behind this was to do away with limbo because they want their religion to be more appealing in places like Africa where infant mortality rate is very high. so does this mean that all catholics are supposed to just stop believing in purgatory? funny how religions twist things to fit the times. Like when the mormons suddenly came out and said god said no more poligamy while the US was trying to ban poligamy as well. -sp
