Riza Hawkeye
She's the closest thing to a best friend he has. He's known her for most of his life and he would willingly go out of his way to help her if she needed it, to the point where he'd gladly give his life for her if it meant she'd be safe. This woman is everything to him and to hurt her is to face immolation -if he's feeling nice about it.
Scar
While he's been told that Scar has no memory of what transpired between them, he still sees the man as an ally. He feels indebted to him for aiding them back home and for keeping Riza safe.
Alphonse Elric
The little brother of his biggest find, Alphonse has always been seen as an ally and someone Roy would fight to protect.
Naruto Uzumaki
Naruto calls Riza by her first name, so he's willing to give the boy the benefit of the doubt despite only having spoken to him once.
Jim Standfast
Lust
He knows that she's not the same Lust that injured him, so he doesn't hate her, but he isn't terribly fond of her because any dealings with her result in his getting into a lot of trouble. The only thing that stops him from any sort of active dislike is the fact that she has a puppy... and he doesn't want anything to happen to her because that would mean the puppy loses his mommy.

He's rather impressed by her loyalty to Riza.

He actually rather likes her, if just because her childlike appearance reminds him of Elicia Hughes. He doesn't know any better yet.
Priscilla
He was rather taken by her in the few times they've spoken as she reminds him a lot of himself in that they both require another person to keep them organized. He also thinks she has excellent taste in who she chose to have help her.
Maes Hughes
Maes is his best friend, biggest supporter, biggest troll, closest confidant, and co-conspirator. He's the person Roy turns to when he needs something or when there is something he doesn't feel comfortable telling to just anybody, but there are still things he keeps from him.
