I don't think that Ed needs anymore reasons to hate Hohenheim, but this one takes the cake. *salutes* Hohenheim, great job and watch your back. Because if Ed doesn't find a way home not even the Gate can save you from Ed.

Hohenheim is a paradox. He genuinely loves his children, and wants good things for them. But at the same time, he personally causes most of the problems in their lives. He doesn't really understand that what he's done is wrong, and he doesn't understand why 'Roy' holds these things against him. He's very confused, but still thinks he's in the right.
