Uhm... I do have a question, however. Has anyone seen a little shaky blonde boy around anywhere? His name is Latvia. I'm not sure exactly where he is.

Because, he...

He was staying with Switzerland, but he said he was coming to visit me and... never appeared. On top of that, I haven't seen Russia since he left.

I... I don't know if he's okay, or oh god if Russia got him if something happened.
