Photos
So I've been planning for the last couple of days to put up some photos of my new flat, and at last I am doing so. Now, if I can just remember how to do an LJ Cut....
Ok, this is the lounge area. The main room is open plan so you'll see a lot of overlap in a few of these photos. Pretty much everything you see came from Ikea and it was a happy day when I finally got it all assembled.
Turning anti-clockwise we can see the end of the kitchen in the foreground with my desk and computer behind it,
Now I've moved over the where the TV is for a photo of my desk. The L shape created by the kitchen counters creates this nice little area that is just the right size for my desk. Can you believe that that the previous tenant had nothing here except a small CD rack? What a waste of space!
Now we get a proper look at the kitchen. As you can see I haven't washed up from breakfast it is of a modern design, with lots of work space and a shiny new oven. There are strip lights under some of the rasied cabnets which provide much needed extra light when cooking.
A couple of photos of the bathroom. Not much to say here really....
My bedroom, complete with super comfy bed. To the left is my wardrobe, with a chest of draws at the bottom of the bed, which I couldn't be bothered to photograph.
So, there we have it. A whistle stop photo tour of my new place. If you want to see anything in more detail, you'll just have to come and stay won't you?
