That makes me nervous!
I can't imagine what it's like to live in all that's going on.
It's got to be unnerving. :(

Me neither. I guess they learn to deal with it. I would be a nervous wreck.

I wonder if the cycle of war will ever end... I understand Israel trying to stop the rockets, but every time someone is killed on either side, more enemies are made. I wonder how it "can" ever end? In some ways, you may have been better off in the Ukraine. Best wishes and stay safe.

Look on this comment 2.5 years ago.
Nothing changed, neither my answer to the comment...

I am not sure Ukraine is better. The chance to be killed there by "friendly and drunk" Ukrainian maybe higher than by enemies here. So I prefer to be here, at my home. It is not that bad, believe me.

I completely agree with your comment from 2.5 years ago. It's sad, but things "can" sometimes change. Ireland was violent for many, many years, but it is much more peaceful today. Hopefully one day the same can be said for Israel. And in English they sometimes say, "Home is where the heart is", and if your heart is in Israel and not in the Ukraine, that is good.

Yes, my heart is in Israel. Half of my life I am here. I am reserve soldier in IDF, all my family is now scattered in Israel, Germany and USA. We have nobody in Ukraine now. We even not citizens there anymore. Yes, this is my home and my country, state of my people, State of Israel.

I am wondering what to say... happy hannukah, happy new year... I am worried for all the people involved in this war
for the innocent
and for the active

I hope you find peace in life
not silence in death

May God Protect You and Your Family My Friend
